There’s so much I want to share, but we are temporarily without internet. So, for now, I just wanted to pop in and give you the news that our sweet babe arrived on August 14th in the wee early hours of the morning. Born a bit early, but safely and happily right at home, underneath the meteor showers, on his big brother, Hawthorn’s birthday. How wild to have two birthdays on the same day!
Until I can get back online, I will be baby mooning…and enjoying all that there is to savor in adding a new baby to the swing of things. Just to mention a few…
…sweet puckered lips, twitchy Buddah smiles, learning to diaper a baby all over again, feeling those same little feet…pushing on my stomache…this time from the outside instead of in, wide open dark eyes visually wandering just a few more minutes more each day, long skinny fingers grasping sibling hands, soft soft skin and hair, that sweet baby smell, gazing watching soaking every bit of it in while I can, napping together side by side, feeling that deep sense of love and innate knowing that we’ve been together all along.
