This past weekend we got our first hard frost. There are still lots of peppers picked that need to be frozen.
Someone is building a house in the lot next door. Everyday the boys see what the trucks and tractors are up to.
I really need to get my hair cut. Not short; just trimmed.
I have successfully taken all of my kids to the grocery store (all by myself) in the past couple of weeks. It just seems easier for me to do it this way.
Most of the leaves have fallen off the trees. And I didn’t even get to get a good fall leaf picture.
Looking forward to peach pie later this week. Someone is turning 12 (cringe) and it’s her favorite.
I started purging the basement the other day. Usually when I make room…something pops up. I’ll hope it’s exciting whatever it may be.
I am looking forward to turning the clocks back in a couple weeks. We’ve been getting up way too late again.
Noticing how fall has certain characteristics. Like shedding all of the unnecessary and wrapping up tightly with what is.
We saw our first snow flakes the other day. I got all giddy and excited like I was going to get to go home early from school or something.
Thinking it’s the end of this slightly sporadic list of a post. Happy Monday!

I just love seeing a little baby all decked out in hand knits! Every baby should be so lucky. Have fun cleaning out the basement, I hope you uncover something very exciting

Such a beautiful baby. Love the hand knits. I am so looking forward to turning the clocks back too, the dark mornings are making it hard to start the day. Enjoy your week.

Lisa, the baby is beautiful, and so are the hand knits! I wish we could have gotten those knitting lessons in:-) Maddalena is missing Bella. We have to skype soon! Happy birthday to Kayla!! Connor will be twelve at the end of the month. Do you realize that when we first met, Kayla and Connor were about five, and Bella and Maddalena were not yet two? Where does the time go???
