in gratitude

…for plans, both big and small, near and far, that will (in one way or another) lead to somewhere

…for resolution

…for the ladies who are starting to get back into the laying rhythm of farm life

…for my ability to think outside the box, to think big, yet settle for whatever comes my way

…for silence

…for a certain little one whose restless sleep woke me up early all last week…giving me the gift of watching the sun rise every morning over the beautiful mountains out my bedroom window

…for my family

…for neighbors, both nearby, back home, and those all the way across the country

…for snugly little boys

…for a sweet new pair of kicks

…for the comfort that comes from walking in my own shoes, braving my own path, standing on my own turf

…for health and the body’s innate ability to heal

…for happiness, because there is always something to be happy about

…for personal growth, knowing there is (and always will be) room to grow

…for this here monday

…for the ability to feel gratitude

…for you

…for me

…for the feeling that I am ready to be back!
